Job summary

Saifuro LLC is hiring a blockchain-focused backend engineer to build and maintain systems that watch Base and Solana for USDC payments and escrow releases. You will tie each settlement to the original decision and ensure accurate, tamper-proof records for customers’ finance teams.

The role covers reconciliation, reliability under outages, and future expansion to Ethereum, Arbitrum, and Polygon. Flexible hours are offered; location in the US is preferred, with equity, learning budget, and

Qualifications

• Built backend services that read from a blockchain.
• Experience with an EVM chain or Solana.
• Knowledge of finality and reorgs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Settlement: build and own the service that watches Base and Solana and records every USDC payment and escrow release Saifuro approved, exactly once after final.
• Reconciliation: match each settled payment to the approving decision for month-end close.
• Reliability: maintain accurate records through RPC outages, avoiding duplicates when providers switch.
• Future scope: support Ethereum, Arbitrum and Polygon integrations and automate month-end closes from records.
