Job summary

True Markets in the United States is seeking a Blockchain Engineer to build scalable Solana-based infrastructure and backend systems for high‑performance onchain trading. You will own backend services, interact with Solana RPC nodes, and partner with cross‑functional teams to improve liquidity, execution quality and reliability.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of software engineering, at least 2 years in Rust, and hands‑on experience with Solana, Anchor, and DeFi tooling.

Qualifications

• 5+ years software engineering.
• 2+ years Rust.
• Deep understanding of Solana VM, architecture and transaction model.
• Experience building Solana programs using Anchor.
• Knowledge of Solana transaction submission/finality.
• Smart contract security best practices.
• Familiarity with REST and WebSocket APIs.
• Trading, settlement, and wallet infrastructure exposure.
• Cryptography, MPC, threshold signatures, distributed systems.

Impact

As a Blockchain Engineer, you will build and scale Solana-based infrastructure and backend systems supporting high-performance onchain trading. You will work across backend engineering and blockchain protocol surfaces, owning systems that directly impact global liquidity, execution quality, and reliability.
