Job summary

MACH is seeking a Blockchain / DLT Developer to design, build and deploy distributed ledger and smart contract solutions for financial services clients. You will work across Ethereum, Hedera, Algorand, and MACH Chain to deliver scalable, secure decentralised applications.

You will collaborate with architects, product managers, and client stakeholders, applying deep technical knowledge to solve complex on-chain challenges and improve tooling and processes.

Qualifications

• Experience with security tokens on distributed ledgers.
• Hands-on development and deployment of smart contracts on Ethereum.
• Knowledge of token standards and DLT architectures.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy smart contracts across Ethereum, Hedera, Algorand, and MACH Chain.
• Design and implement blockchain-based solutions for financial services clients.
• Contribute to MACH Chain development, including tooling and protocol improvements.
• Collaborate with backend engineers and product managers to integrate blockchain components.
• Conduct rigorous smart contract auditing, testing, and optimisation for security and gas efficiency.
• Stay updated with Ethereum, Hedera, Algorand, and DLT developments.
• Provide technical guidance to junior team members and assist delivery.
• Engage with stakeholders to understand requirements and present solutions.
• Contribute to ongoing development processes and tooling.
