Job Title: Blockchain Developer

Location: Remote

Salary Range: Up to 250k USD

A startup in the Web3 and FinTech space is building the next generation of decentralized stablecoins. Backed by experienced founders and operating quietly but ambitiously, the organization is developing a censorship-resistant, scalable protocol designed to provide stability and resilience within the decentralized economy. With a strong focus on transparency, cryptographic security, and decentralization, the company is assembling a world-class engineering team to deliver this mission-critical infrastructure.

The company is seeking a seasoned Blockchain Developer with deep expertise in Golang and Geth to help build and scale the protocol’s core infrastructure. This is a foundational role focused on designing, developing, and maintaining key components of a decentralized stablecoin system. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the CTO and technical advisors to bring high-performance, secure, and maintainable systems to life, particularly within Ethereum and Layer 2 environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain blockchain components using Golang and Geth.
• Develop secure smart contracts and protocol logic to support the stablecoin system.
• Integrate and optimize interactions with Ethereum and Layer 2 networks.
• Collaborate with experts in cryptography and DeFi to ensure protocol integrity and resilience.
• Write clean, well-documented, and testable code.
• Contribute to infrastructure decisions, including node architecture, monitoring, and relaying strategies.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Golang in a blockchain context.
• Strong understanding of Geth internals and Ethereum’s architecture.
• Proven experience contributing to decentralized protocols or systems.
• Familiarity with EVM-compatible smart contracts and associated tooling.
• Understanding of DeFi concepts, economic modeling, and system security.
