Job summary

Carolina Beverage Group, LLC is seeking a Blending Technician at our Fort Worth, TX facility. You will batch products per customer formulas, sanitize equipment, and maintain accurate batch records to ensure continuous production.

The role requires attention to detail, ability to handle physical tasks, and commitment to safety and quality in a fast-paced beverage co-packing environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in food/beverage manufacturing preferred.
• Understanding of GMP/food safety practices.
• Ability to operate a forklift and follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Mix formulas according to written procedures and batch schedules.
• Follow direction from blending leadership on batching, housekeeping and tasks.
• Clean/sanitize equipment and verify ingredients for correct quantities and dates.
• Complete batch documentation and inventory allocation using data systems.
• Log CIP operations on equipment and assist leads as needed.
• Maintain a safe and sanitary work environment and comply with GMP.
