The Blending Technician Lead at Coca-Cola Consolidated in Baltimore is the SME for blending, testing, and sanitation of syrup and beverages. You will ensure compliance with specifications, support QA from receipt to sanitization, and participate in CMS routines and plant-wide improvement teams.

Pay Range: $35.98 - $38.75 Hourly, depending on experience
Schedule: 2nd shift. 2pm - 10 pm.

The Blending Technician Lead is responsible for serving as a Subject Matter Expert in the blending, testing, and sanitation of syrup, beverages and water treatment. The Blending Technician Lead assures in-process syrup and beverages are in accordance with Company specifications and regulatory requirements. The Blending Technician Lead is proficient in Inventory, Ordering, Testing, Blending, and Integrated Management System policies. The Blending Technician Lead supports all QA teammates from raw material receipt through sanitization of equipment, pipes, and tanks to prevent microbiological contamination. The Blending Technician Lead upholds company standards and provides departmental leadership and development. This includes active participation in CMS routines and plant-wide improvement teams. The Blending Technician Lead interacts professionally with external plant stakeholders and communicates timely and clearly.
