Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of GMP manufacturing experience preferred.
• Knowledge of GMP, Safe Quality Foods principles and HACCP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate, troubleshoot and set up manufacturing equipment.
• Disassemble/assemble and set up equipment per SOPs.
• Follow cGMPs and SOPs to protect product integrity.
• Label and handle all blends and production materials.
• Document cleaning, setup procedures and batch records.
