Job summary

Unicity USA Inc in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a Blending Supervisor to lead a small blending team and ensure production schedules are met while maintaining safety and quality standards. You will direct shift activities, coordinate with the plant manager and blending manager, train staff, develop SOPs, and audit processes to keep the operation efficient.

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of lead or supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting.
• High school diploma required.
• Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise blending and mixing personnel, mixing staff and supplemental temporary staff.
• Direct shift activities to meet blending/mixing schedule, quality, safety and GMPs.
• Coordinate with plant manager and blending manager to ensure production schedule fulfillment.
• Develop SOPs, train employees, and verify compliance.
• Maintain equipment readiness and coordinate with maintenance on repairs.
• Coach, train and evaluate staff and manage attendance and performance.
