Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or vocational training preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in manufacturing, preferably in dietary supplement, nutraceutical, food, or pharmaceutical environments.
• Working knowledge of FDA 21 CFR Part 111 and cGMP manufacturing practices.
• Ability to read and follow detailed MMRs, SOPs, and production instructions.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and documentation discipline.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with mixing or blending equipment operation.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, regulated environment with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Weigh, load, and mix ingredients according to MMRs and approved procedures.
• Set up, operate, and clean mixers, blenders, and related equipment as directed.
• Ensure materials are properly verified and documented prior to mixing.
• Monitor mixing parameters such as time, speed, and temperature to ensure consistency and quality.
• Perform in-process checks and record batch data accurately in batch records.
• Assist in sampling blended materials for QC testing and approval.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of mixing areas, equipment, and utensils according to sanitation procedures.
• Follow all cGMP, safety, and hygiene standards to prevent cross-contamination and ensure product integrity.
• Report any deviations, equipment malfunctions, or material discrepancies immediately to the Lead or Supervisor.
• Participate in ongoing training and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support verification and calibration activities for mixing equipment as needed.
• Work collaboratively with other production areas to ensure smooth material flow and batch progression.
