Premium Production in Hildale, UT is hiring a Blending Specialist for a full-time, on-site role. You will coordinate with Grinding Specialists, accurately weigh blends, and move blend totes to the tumble room while operating industrial mixers to ensure uniform product quality.

You will dispense blended powders into barrels, follow SOPs, complete sanitation, and participate in daily drills and meetings. Applicants should be 18+, able to lift 50 lb, and have a high school diploma; FDA-regulated

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old and able to lift 50 lbs regularly.
• One year of experience in an FDA-regulated industry (Dietary Supplements, Pharma, or Food) preferred.
• Knowledge of 21 CFR Part 111 and cGMP regulations preferred.
• Comfortable with Google Workspace and following complex data-driven procedures.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Grinding Specialists to weigh blends accurately and verify weights against specifications.
• Move blend totes to the tumble room and operate industrial mixing machinery to ensure product uniformity.
• Dispense blended powders into barrels, seal liners, and apply labels; ensure proper staging for warehouse transport.
• Follow SOPs and complete sanitation and cleaning checklists to maintain a sterile, organized work area.
• Participate in daily drills and team meetings; engage in ongoing training to improve communication and management abilities.

BLENDING SPECIALIST — Full Time position at Premium Production in Hildale, UT. Salary range: $19.00 to $23.00 hourly.

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate with Grinding Specialists to receive materials, weigh blends accurately, and verify weights against strict specifications.
• Manage the movement of blend totes to the tumble room, operating industrial mixing machinery to ensure product uniformity.
• Safely dispense blended powders into barrels, seal liners, and apply identifying labels. Ensure all barrels are wiped down and staged correctly for warehouse transport.
• Strictly follow SOPs and documentation processes. Complete all sanitation and cleaning checklists to maintain a sterile, organized work environment.
• Participate in daily drills and team meetings.
• Engage in ongoing training to improve communication and technical management abilities.

What We’re Looking For

• Must be 18+ years old, able to lift 50 lbs regularly, and comfortable standing for an 8-hour shift.
• High school diploma or equivalent required. One year of experience in an FDA-regulated industry (Dietary Supplements, Pharma, or Food) is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of 21 CFR Part 111 and cGMP regulations is preferred.
• Comfortable with Google Workspaces and capable of following complex, data-driven procedures.
