Job summary

Perdue AgriBusiness is seeking a Blending Operator to load, unload, and blend products safely in a busy production environment. You will help maintain equipment, monitor quality, and support daily operations to ensure smooth and compliant output across the facility.

The role offers a wage range with bonus potential and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, retirement plans, and disability coverage. Overtime may be available.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 0–3 years of related experience preferred.
• Ability to load/unload materials up to 100 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Operate blending production equipment.
• Operate the panel control system.
• Operate powered industrial mobile equipment and perform routine inspections and maintenance.
• Operate all transfer and loadout equipment.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance as required.
• Assist maintenance associates as directed during equipment repairs.
• Perform clean-up and house cleaning as directed within assigned areas.
• Perform all work within safety guidelines established by local, state, and federal agencies as well as company policies.
