Job summary

Envera, a Lesaffre entity in West Chester, PA, produces bacteria solutions for wastewater treatment and other markets. This role supports safe, efficient manufacturing operations in a clean, GMP-compliant environment.

You will follow batch Sheets, weigh materials, operate equipment, maintain records in Sage handheld, and participate in inventory while upholding safety rules and forklift readiness.

Qualifications

• High School or better.
• 5 years of manufacturing experience.
• Powder and Liquid Blending experience preferred.
• Ability to pass forklift license test.

Responsibilities

• Produce finished goods with varying equipment sizes.
• Ensure accuracy when weighing raw materials for batches.
• Follow batch sheets to recipes and SOPs.
• Record data in batch sheets, checklists and logs.
• Maintain clean, organized workspace and safety practices.
• Support inventory processes as needed.

Envera is a legal entity of Lesaffre located in West Chester, Pennsylvania, US. Envera manufactures bacteria solutions for Lesaffre BUs and different market segments such as wastewater treatment, bioremediation, cleaning solutions and many other areas where bacteria can play a key role.

Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Responsible for the personal safety of ourselves and co-workers. Will assess, recognize, and hold individuals accountable for behaviors and results in safety for both employees and contractors.
• Produce finished goods with varying types of sizes of equipment.
• Ensure accuracy when weighing raw materials for use in batches.
• Uses Batch Sheets to follow recipes for various products.
• Record data (lot numbers, measurements, etc.) in batch sheets, checklists and logs.
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures, including the use of PPE and GMPs.
• Measure and adjust pH.
• Follow assigned production schedule and prepare materials in work areas.
• Execute manufacturing protocols according to work instructions.
• Complete work orders in Sage hand-held to maintain accurate records.
• Follow directives given by Supervisors and Managers.
• Maintain training requirements.
• Check all work, documents and records for accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace.
• Communicate in a respectful, professional manner.
• Assist in other departments or with other tasks as needed.
• Ability to pass the forklift license test.
• Participate in inventory process.
• Continually work in a safety-conscious manner (PPE, attire, etc.).
