Atkore International operates a Weatherford, TX facility seeking a Blending Operator I to blend PVC compounds per formulas. The role reports to the Shift Supervisor and involves reading production schedules, material routing, and maintaining inventory accuracy.
You will safely operate forklifts, assist with monthly raw material counts, and collaborate with maintenance, production, accounting and purchasing to keep daily operations on track.
We are currently looking for a Blending Operator based out of our Weatherford, TX plant. Reporting to the Shift Supervisor, the Blend Operator's primary focus will be to blend raw materials into PVC compound based on specified formulas.

As of the date of this posting, a good faith estimate of the current pay for this position is $20.25/hour. Placement in the range depends on several factors including, but not limited to, specific competencies, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, relevant experience, skills, seniority, performance, shift, travel requirements, and business or organizational needs and may change over time. Other compensation may include, but not limited to, overtime, shift differentials, bonuses, commissions, stock, and other incentives.
