Oats Overnight in Ohio is seeking an experienced blending operator to join our team and uphold our reputation for quality. You will operate blending machines, monitor production, and ensure accurate labeling and packaging.

This full-time, first-shift role encompasses setup to cleanup, weighing ingredients, and recording data while adhering to GMP and safety standards. We value collaboration and provide stock options and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment; blending experience a plus.
• GMP knowledge is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow specific instructions.
• Collaborative mindset with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and clean blending equipment (Blending Operator I & II).
• Select and weigh ingredients per formulas using scoops, spoons, or feeders.
• Operate blenders, mixers, agitators and other machinery to mix ingredients.
• Start machinery, monitor operation and stop when process is complete.
• Transfer finished product from blender to barrels.
• Clean and maintain work areas and equipment ensuring safety compliance.
• Uphold batch record integrity and digital inputs; compliant reporting.
• Monitor gauges and indicators to ensure proper operation.
• Weigh or measure finished products to verify specifications.
• Read and follow production schedules to determine blend specs and sequence.
