Job summary

Oats Overnight is seeking an experienced blending operator to join our team and help maintain our reputation for excellence. You will operate blending machines, monitor performance, and ensure accurate labeling and packaging of finished products.

Responsibilities include setup, weighing ingredients, recording production data, and maintaining clean, safe work areas in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Schedule: Mon–Fri, 1st shift; full benefits and stock options.

Qualifications

• Minimum High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment; blending experience a plus.
• Experience with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow specific work instructions.
• Experience and desire to support a collaborative, cross-functional team culture.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate and clean‑up blending equipment (Blending Operator I & II).
• Weigh ingredients according to formulas using scoops, spoons, or feeders.
• Operate blenders, mixers, agitators, and related machinery per formulas.
• Start, monitor and shut down machinery as process requires.
• Transfer finished product from blender to barrels.
• Maintain clean and safe work areas, equipment, and comply with safety regulations.
• Uphold batch record integrity, digital inputs and compliance.
• Record operational data and follow production schedules.
