Job summary

Hunter International, Inc. is recruiting a Blending Operator for a well-established chemical manufacturer in the Pittsburgh region. The role requires 3–5 years of blending and chemical manufacturing experience, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to read formulas and batch sheets.

Starting salary is $54,000+ annually, with two shifts and direct hire by the employer. Responsibilities include receiving, blending, transferring and loading liquids, monitoring equipment, documenting

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of blending and chemical manufacturing experience required.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Hands-on experience with chemical blending, batch processing, bulk liquids, tanks, pumps or piping systems.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Forklift experience/certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive, blend, transfer, store and load liquid products and raw materials safely and efficiently.
• Operate tanks, pumps, piping systems, tanker trucks and railcars for bulk materials.
• Document raw material usage, lot numbers and batch information on production sheets.
• Load finished products into tanker trucks as needed and monitor equipment for safe operation.
• Maintain a clean, compliant workplace and perform material-handling duties including forklift use.
