Energizer Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Compounder to support manufacturing operations in Dayton, Ohio.

The role focuses on accurate preparation, blending, and handling of chemical materials used in production, with responsibilities spanning equipment operation, maintenance, safety, and training in a fast-paced facility. Must have a high school diploma or GED and at least 2 years in chemical mixing or related manufacturing, plus forklift experience in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 2 years of chemical mixing or relevant manufacturing experience in an industrial environment.
• Minimum of 6 months of recent forklift experience within the past 12 months in a manufacturing, warehouse, or industrial setting.
• Ability to safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment; forklift certification required or ability to obtain and maintain it.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and compound batches of raw materials following specifications, batch records, GMP, and SOPs.
• Transport and stage raw materials and chemicals using forklifts and handling equipment.
• Weigh, measure, and transfer chemicals using scales, pumps, gauges, and blending systems.
• Operate, set up, change over, monitor, and troubleshoot blending equipment in a non-temperature-controlled environment.
• Perform routine repairs and preventive maintenance across multiple blending areas.
