LINK Staffing is seeking a Blending Operator in Pasadena, TX to operate resin blending and extrusion lines. This full-time position offers 12-hour shifts (days and nights) on a rotating DuPont schedule with 50-lb material handling and on-site production duties.

Ideal candidates have prior industrial blending or manufacturing experience, can lift 50 lbs regularly, and work well in a non-climate-controlled environment. This temp-to-hire role provides hands-on growth in a busy plant setting.

Competenze

• Previous industrial blending or mixing experience required.
• Previous manufacturing, production, or plant experience.
• Ability to work a 12-hour rotating DuPont schedule, including days and nights.
• Ability to regularly lift and handle up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled manufacturing environment.
• Ability to safely work around industrial machinery and production equipment.

Mansioni

• Operate and monitor industrial resin blending and mixing equipment.
• Measure, stage, and load raw materials into production equipment.
• Support and monitor extrusion equipment during production.
• Handle raw materials, including 50 lb. bags.
• Package, label, and prepare finished products.
• Collect product samples and perform basic quality checks.
• Maintain a clean and safe production area.
