Job summary

Trinseo in Bristol, PA is seeking a Production Operator to support acrylic resin production through bulk polymerization, compounding, and extrusion. The role reports to the Operations Leader and involves working on a 12-hour rotating night shift.

You will follow safe procedures, monitor process conditions via DCS, and accurately record material usage while collaborating with the operations team to ensure output meets quality standards.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Basic MS Office skills and strong interpersonal abilities expected.

Responsibilities

• Follow safe work procedures in formulation, production, testing and packaging of acrylic resin.
• Control and monitor process conditions through distributed control systems (DCS).
• Perform manual tasks on each production line and maintain equipment.
• Accurately record raw material usages and finished goods production.
• Relate pertinent process information to coworkers and supervisor.
• Drive a forklift and maintain good housekeeping of work areas.
• Support safety, quality and OSHAS 18001 management systems.
