Job summary

AZEK Exteriors is seeking a Blending Lead who will guide blending associates, follow SOPs, and support production with strong emphasis on safety and quality. The role requires coordinating with multiple shifts, monitoring automated systems, and directing material handling activities in a fast-paced plant environment.

The ideal candidate will have HS/GED, forklift certification, and 1–3 years in a related role, with proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Qualifications

• The minimum requirement is a High School diploma or GED.
• Forklift Certification is required.
• Experience in a manufacturing/blending environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Blending associates and ensure adherence to SOPs.
• Communicate with internal and external teams professionally.
• Monitor blending systems and respond to alarms with maintenance.
• Direct rail car unloading and material handling activities.
• Perform inventory counts and generate relevant reports.
• Provide technical guidance to operators and participate in reviews.
