James Hardie in Ohio is seeking a Blending Lead responsible for guiding Blending associates through SOPs, under the Blending Supervisor, with a commitment to our core values. The role covers material handling, blending operations, and coordinating with maintenance to prevent runouts.
You will monitor and adjust blending processes, direct rail car unloading, manage inventories, perform moisture checks, and provide technical guidance while fostering a safe, productive environment.
Hours: 6AM to 7PM
Work schedule flexibility, with advance notice, to accommodate needs of the business
Pay Rate: $29 Per Hour
The Blending Lead, under the direction of the Blending Supervisor, will be responsible for leading Blending associates through the following of blending procedures according to Standard Operating Procedures. The incumbent will display a commitment to Core Values.
