TimberTech is seeking a Grinder Operator on the D Crew for the 6:45 PM–7:00 AM shift. You will operate grinding equipment to process materials safely and efficiently while maintaining product quality.
The role supports production with material handling, inspections, inventory accuracy, and housekeeping in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The position offers $21.50 per hour with a $10 shift differential, plus a $3,000 bonus and $1,500 at 3 months and $1,500 at 6 months.

No prior experience is required. Training will be provided for qualified candidates.
