Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must be able to read, write, comprehend and communicate in English.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and 100 lbs occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Prepare customer orders including blending, adjusting, filling and labeling batches.
• Operate tinting and mixing equipment and material handling equipment.
• Make shade and gloss adjustments to meet customer requirements.
• Ensure customers’ quality and service expectations are met.
• Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high.
• Keep tools, equipment and the work area clean and organized daily.
• Maintain production records and reporting as required.
• Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers.
• Ensure compliance with safety, loss prevention and security policies.
• Follow quality service standards and procedures.
