Job summary

Newly Weds Foods in Gerald, MO is seeking a 3rd shift Blender Operator (11pm–7am) to join our production team. You will operate and maintain the blender, monitor blends, record production data, and ensure safety and quality standards.

The role requires a High School Diploma, at least 1 year in food processing equipment, strong mechanical aptitude, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. We offer competitive pay, comprehensive benefits, PTO, holiday pay, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience operating food processing equipment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs.
• Basic math skills and ability to accurately measure and weigh ingredients.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Operate the blender machine in accordance with standard operating procedures
• Monitor and adjust machine settings as needed to ensure desired blend consistency
• Ensure all ingredients are properly measured and weighed before loading into the blender
• Maintain accurate production and inventory records
• Perform regular quality checks on blends to ensure they meet company standards
• Troubleshoot and resolve any equipment malfunctions or issues in a timely manner
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
• Assist with other production tasks as needed
