Schreiber Foods Inc. Beloit, WI is seeking a Blender Operator for a 6am–6:30pm schedule on a 2-2-3 rotation. You will verify labels, load ingredients, and maintain equipment while ensuring 5S and allergen controls.

You’ll complete batch logs and participate in shift exchanges as part of a skilled manufacturing team. The position requires at least 1 year in a food manufacturing setting, ability to lift 50 pounds, and forklift/LOTO certification where applicable.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a dairy environment.
  • Forklift and LOTO certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Verify label information and load ingredients into blender as batch records specify.
  • Maintain and clean equipment, tools, and area per 5S standards.
  • Respect allergen separation and complete paperwork (batch logs, room logs, work orders).
  • Identify CCPs and participate in shift exchanges and team meetings.
