Job summary

Genrobotics is seeking a skilled Control Systems Engineer to lead BLDC motor control for advanced electromechanical and rehabilitation devices. You will develop, test, tune, and optimize motor control systems, working with embedded hardware and sensors.

Responsibilities include operating and evaluating BLDC motors, implementing control algorithms in C/C, using MATLAB/Simulink and Simscape, and performing HIL/SIL/PIL simulations. Onsite support for tuning and commissioning will be required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Electrical/Electronics, Control Systems, or Mechatronics.
  • 3–4 years of experience in control systems or robotics.
  • Experience with BLDC motors and motor drivers.

Responsibilities

  • Operate, manage, test, and tune BLDC motors and drive systems.
  • Develop, implement, and optimize motor control algorithms.
  • Perform validation, troubleshooting, and performance analyses of motor systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams while ensuring safety and quality standards during testing and deployment.
  • Develop and maintain C/C++ code for control systems; use MATLAB/Simulink and Simscape for algorithm design and simulation; conduct HIL/SIL/PIL simulations.
  • Provide onsite support during product tuning, testing, and commissioning.
