Job summary

UTLX Manufacturing LLC, part of Marmon Holdings, is seeking a safety-conscious Blaster to join our TEAM environment where safety always comes first. You’ll operate interior and exterior blast equipment and contribute to a culture of quality and continuous learning.

In this role you’ll read blueprints, perform safety checks, and coordinate with teammates to prepare work areas and protect parts. We value reliability, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic.

Qualifications

• Experience operating interior/exterior blast equipment.
• Ability to perform pre-maintenance safety checks.
• Read and understand blueprints and use precision measuring devices.

Responsibilities

• Operate interior/exterior blast equipment.
• Prepare work area: connect hoses, position equipment, cover areas to protect, place parts in blast room.
• Familiarity with NACE/SSPC standards.
• Feed hose into car and arrange hose as needed.
• Rotate between blasting positions.
• Other duties as assigned.
