Super Products LLC, an Alamo Group Company, invites applications for a Powder Coat Painter at our Mukwonago, WI location. The role involves operating powder coating equipment, preparing parts, and applying coatings in a safety-focused environment.

Starting wages are $22.00 per hour for day shift, with full benefits starting on day one. The base schedule is Monday–Friday, 5:30 AM to 1:30 PM, with overtime as needed. Join a growing, quality-driven team and advance your career.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum two years of powder coat painting experience preferred.
• PPE includes Tyvek suit and a PAPR hood when painting or shot blasting.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload parts onto paint fixtures or carts.
• Prepare materials using shot blasting, sanding, and multi-stage washing.
• Mask or plug threaded holes or machined surfaces as required.
• Apply powder coatings and set cure oven parameters following our high-quality standards.
• Monitor wash system chemistry and maintain painting equipment for optimal performance.
