Job summary

A powder coating company is seeking blast room team members to ensure products are prepped for the coating process. Candidates should be able to operate various blasters efficiently and contribute to a respectful, team-oriented work environment. The role requires attention to detail and the ability to follow standard operating procedures. This is a full-time position that offers several benefits including medical coverage and retirement savings plan.

Qualifications

• Ability to efficiently operate a variety of blasters including Conveyor, Tumbler, Cabinet Blaster, Vibratory tub.
• Comprehend the limits of blasting light gauge steel, aluminum, and stainless steel.
• Attention to detail & quality focus is required.
• Routinely lift 75 pounds and operate forklift.

Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM
