Job summary

Dart Container’s Leola Campus is expanding our state‑of‑the‑art thermoforming lines and begins by hiring a Blanker/Former Operator to safely operate and maintain high‑speed equipment while producing quality blanks.

Shift options include 7:00am–7:00pm and 7:00pm–7:00am with a $2/hour overnight premium; pay starts at $21.07/hour with excellent benefits and weekly pay; growth potential and a supportive culture are highlighted.

Qualifications

• Level I: Entry-level with basic mechanical aptitude and math skills.
• Level II: 2+ years of manufacturing or print operating experience, or technical training.
• Level III: 3+ years operating specialized/high-speed machinery; ability to set up, troubleshoot, and optimize print equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality checks and basic maintenance.
• Log production data and follow safety/GMP procedures.

Be part of the exciting expansion of Dart Container’s Leola Campus as we bring new, state-of-the-art thermoforming lines online and expand our party cup production capacity.

As a Blanker/Former Operator, you’ll play a key role in safely operating and maintaining high-speed equipment while ensuring quality blanks are produced efficiently and consistently.

If you enjoy working with machinery, troubleshooting problems, and being part of a fast-paced manufacturing team, this is an opportunity to grow with a brand-new operation from the ground up!

Available Shifts:

• 7:00am - 7:00pm
• 7:00pm - 7:00am (includes $2/hour shift premium)

What you’ll do…

• Operate and monitor printing equipment

What you’ll need…

• Level I:Entry-level; basic mechanical aptitude and math skills. Manufacturing or print experience preferred
• Level II:2+ years of manufacturing or print operating experience, or technical training
• Level III:3+ years of experience operating specialized or high-speed machinery. Proven ability to set up, troubleshoot, and optimize print equipment.
