McCain Foods USA, Inc. is seeking a SSHB Blancher Attendant B2D to support blancher operations in Burley, Idaho. You will monitor equipment, maintain sanitation, and assist with quality control to ensure high-quality frozen potato products.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• Previous manufacturing, food processing, or production experience preferred.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, safety documents.
• Basic math skills using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.
• Ability to follow written, verbal, and diagram-based instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Commitment to food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Monitor blancher speed and temperature to meet standards.
• Maintain water levels, cleanliness, and temperatures.
• Prepare sugar and SAPP solutions per specifications.
• Collect product samples and support quality analysis.
• Perform cleaning and sanitation per safety requirements.
• Maintain SSHB line equipment and freezer belts.
• Conduct preventative maintenance on cutters and equipment.
• Report operational concerns to leadership.
• Provide relief coverage for team members when needed.
• Follow safety, food safety, quality, and company policies.
