Skills: Min 5 yrs experience - will take someone with excellent Machine Op experience. Experience using a Blanchard Grinder.

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced operator for a Large Rotary (60") Blanchard Grinder and Reciprocating Surface Grinder. All applicants must possess extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with Blanchard Grinders. Key responsibilities include:

• Performing both simple and detailed set-ups


• Blocking parts securely on magnetic chucks


• Grinding angles while maintaining tight tolerances and high-quality surface finishes

Additionally, candidates should have experience with a variety of employee-owned inspection tools, proficient blueprint reading skills, and familiarity with overhead cranes and general job shop procedures.
