We are a Minnesota based family-owned business with our main location in Blaine. As we continue to grow and expand, we are hiring Experienced Diesel Technicians for our Truck Shop. We are looking for someone who is detail oriented, has mechanical aptitude, and a strong work ethic.

SCHEDULES:

2nd shift, Monday- Friday, 4pm- 1am

3rd shift, Sunday-Thursday, 10pm- 6am

PAY RANGE:

$30- $45+/hr (open to discussion- varies based on skillset and experience)

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
  1. Perform repairs on diesel trucks.
  2. Diagnose, troubleshoot, disassemble vehicles and examine parts for defects and excessive wear.
  3. Correct vehicle deficiencies by removing, repairing, adjusting, overhauling, assembling, disassembling, and replacing major assemblies, sub-assemblies, components, parts, or systems, such as, power and drive trains, electrical, air conditioning, fuel, emission, brake, steering, hydraulics; complete machine shop operations; making adjustments and alignments including bearing loads, gear tooth contact, valve mechanisms, governors, oil systems, control linkages, clutches, and traction units.
  4. Inspect the overall condition of truck to ensure that they meet U.S. Department of Transportation's safety requirements.
  5. Compile inspection reports detailing their findings.
  6. Track all parts and materials used in repairs or replacements.
  7. Ensure the final work product meets quality standards.
  8. Maintain a safe and clean work area for customers and co-workers.
Requirements

  5. CDL (preferred).
  6. Clean driving record (required).
  7. Ability to lift 50-100 lbs. occasionally and 10-50 lbs. frequently.

  9. Reliability and a dedication to be a hard worker.
  10. Ability to work independently maintaining a safe, efficient and friendly work environment.
