Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine in Horsham, PA is seeking a Manager, Forecasting – Bladder Oncology to lead forecasting for the Bladder Oncology brand within the Solid Tumor unit. This hybrid in-office role partners with finance, marketing, and analytics to deliver accurate IBP forecasts.

You will own brand forecast modeling, identify risks and opportunities, and drive storytelling with clear visuals for senior leaders.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of relevant business experience in forecasting, analytics, finance, market research, competitive intelligence, or consulting.
• Strong storytelling with data visuals and clear recommendations for decisions.
• Ability to work autonomously and influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead brand forecast modeling, tracking, identification of risks & opportunities, and shaping articulation of performance story to senior leadership
• Proactively identify enhancements to forecast modeling, process improvements/efficiencies, new data sources, and leading indicators that will increase accuracy and maximize time spent on high value projects
• Facilitate Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process and alignment across brand stakeholders to deliver latest thinking forecasts to business
• Embed insights from Strategic Insights & Analytics peers into forecasting cycles to enhance decision making
• Apply basic consulting skills, including listening, problem definition, hypothesis generation, data analysis, translation to value, and storytelling for impact
• Fluency in storytelling and developing effective presentations through visuals, to communicate complex forecast insights clearly to stakeholders and senior management
