Blackstone Life Sciences (BXLS) Finance team is responsible for the investment operations, fund administration, and financial planning and reporting needs for the Life Sciences group based in Cambridge, MA. The team leads execution and management of investment transactions, monitors investment portfolios, and ensures compliance with regulatory requirements. It works closely with internal and external stakeholders to produce timely and accurate investment operations and financial reporting. The team also handles financial planning and analysis, including revenue and expense forecasting, sensitivity analysis, fund modeling, and preparation of earnings‑related materials.
Expected annual base salary range: $90,000 - $125,000. Actual base salary within that range will be determined by the individual's experience, skills, qualifications, and job location.
