About Blackstone Credit & Insurance (BXCI)

BXCI is a leading credit investor, involved in private investment grade, asset-based lending, high yield, infrastructure debt, collateralized loan obligations, and direct lending. We focus on generating attractive risk-adjusted returns and supporting insurers with investment management services.

Role Overview

The Principal will develop relationships with financial intermediaries across the Americas, Europe, and Asia, supporting capital raising efforts in partnership with Blackstone Private Wealth Solutions (PWS) to enhance brand visibility for BXCI private market solutions aimed at individual investors.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Collaborate with BXCI executive management and PWS to develop and execute marketing strategies to drive sales.
  2. Provide service, support, and product education to financial advisors, independent planners, family offices, and clients through presentations and updates with PWS.
  3. Identify, develop, and manage new distribution relationships for BXCI solutions.
  4. Represent BXCI at industry trade shows and conferences, developing relevant content messaging.
  5. Understand global marketing efforts to effectively communicate product strategies and cross-sell opportunities.
  6. Create marketing materials like pitch decks, deal points, case studies, and market commentaries.
  7. Conduct market research on industry trends, investor sentiment, and competitors.
  8. Promote a respectful and collaborative working environment.

Qualifications

Ideal candidates will demonstrate teamwork, motivation, sound judgment, and prior excellence. Must have:

  • At least 8 years of experience in selling or marketing investment products.
  • Experience in private credit, asset management, investor relations, or investment banking preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree; MBA or CFA is a plus.
  • Series 7 and 63 licenses preferred.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Sales experience and ability to establish new relationships.
  • Professionalism and good judgment in high-pressure situations.
  • Self-starter and team player mentality.

Compensation

Expected base salary range: $200,000 - $250,000. Actual salary depends on experience, skills, location, and other factors. Additional benefits and compensation components may apply.
