Blackstone Credit & Insurance

Blackstone Credit & Insurance (“BXCI”) is a leading credit investor, engaging in private investment grade, asset-based lending, public investment grade and high yield, infrastructure debt, collateralized loan obligations, direct lending, and opportunistic credit. Our goal is to generate attractive risk-adjusted returns for investors by providing capital to help companies grow. BXCI also offers investment management services for insurers to enhance their policyholder offerings.

The Candidate will join BXCI’s Product team, supporting fundraising, marketing, and client relations. Responsibilities include leading product development, strategy, and management for credit and insurance strategies, and collaborating with senior leaders across Blackstone and BXCI globally.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Leading product development and launches, including planning and implementation of new funds, managed accounts, and co-investments.
  2. Developing go-to-market and sales strategies with the ICS client coverage team.
  3. Evaluating revenue targets and costs for existing products.
  4. Driving messaging, product positioning, and content creation for marketing and investor communications.
  5. Responding to investor diligence requests and coordinating with relevant teams.
  6. Implementing client service initiatives and defining the competitive landscape.
  7. Overseeing fund processes, negotiations, and participating in investor relations.
  8. Leading strategic projects such as business development and process improvements.
  9. Communicating updates to teams and investors, and managing team members.
Qualifications:

Ideal candidates will have at least 12 years of professional experience, including prior work in investor relations, credit, or finance. Required licenses include Series 7, 63, 79, 24. Candidates should be highly motivated, detail-oriented, excellent communicators, and capable of managing multiple projects and teams. Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel is essential. A strong work ethic, integrity, and curiosity are also required.

Additional Details:
