XCAL Shooting Sports and Fitness is a family-owned venue that blends martial arts instruction with a full fitness and shooting sports facility. The instructor will deliver curriculum-driven classes and focus on individual member needs, while maintaining high energy and a positive, approachable presence.

Ideal candidates will manage back-to-back classes, engage families, and continuously pursue professional development to empower students across levels and ages.

Qualifications

• Curriculum-driven instruction with focus on member needs.
• Ability to run back-to-back classes smoothly.
• Excellent time management and approachable demeanor.

Responsabilités

• Instruction of high-energy, benefit-driven, educational classes.
• Engage with and build relationships with the students and parents.
• Ability to teach/supervise a class size of 20-30.
• Take feedback and turn that knowledge into a teachable means of empowering the student.
• Actively pursue professional development in their respective fields.
