Job summary

SmartRecruiters, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead onboarding implementations for partners on our Supply Chain Integration Hub (BizTalk). You will plan, coordinate and deliver complex B2B integration projects with SAP ERP and EDI standards.

Responsibilities include writing functional specs, mapping specs, aligning with core teams, and driving SDLC‑compliant delivery across global IT and business stakeholders to meet project timelines.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program management with B2B middleware and SAP ERP integration.
• Experience with BizTalk integration preferred.
• Strong communication and proven project delivery track record.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• BA/BS in Quantitative Business, CS, MIS, or related field.

Roles/Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute the implementation of partners onboarding to our Supply Chain Integration Hub(BizTalk) in the quest to expand in new products space
• Generate functional specifications, implementation guides and mapping specs for all B2B maps aligning to the scope and incorporate feedback from the core teams before handing over to engineering for technical implementation
• Broad knowledge and understanding of B2B industry standards viz. OAGIS, EDIFACT, X12 etc.
• Knowledge of SAP EDI, IDOC’s and transports.
• Must have a solid knowledge of Supply Chain management – preferably deliver and reverse logistics.
• Should be able to coordinate with IT engineering & solution architecture teams in coming up effective design that meets the business needs and as well meet the project timelines.
• Demonstrate understanding of business requirements analysis that follows industry best practices for software development life cycle (SDLC) in a team environment
• Ability to utilize technical skills/experience to improve business processes, system feature/functions, usability and performance
• Sound judgment, decision-making skills, and ability to work under continual deadline pressure.
• Evaluate requests for changes or enhancements by considering the capabilities of all Microsoft based technologies to satisfy these needs. Design and document of the required functional specifications for business change requirements submitted from internal users
• Promote proactive and cooperative relationships within the work group by working collaboratively with business stakeholders, vendors, support, development and test teams
• Work with internal customers and product management to determine business requirements
• Analyze business requirements, provide cost/schedule estimate and then implement the solutions either directly through systems configuration or translation of business requirements into clear and unambiguous functional specifications
• Work closely with solution management, development, test, support and architecture teams across international time zones and deliver quality solutions to our business
• Be a self-starter that can maintain focus and deliver results consistently

Qualifications

• 5+ years or more of program management experience and implementations with B2B middleware systems integrating with SAP ERP system. Experience with BizTalk integration is more preferable.
• 5-8 years of related experience in project management, process analysis, and applications delivery
• Excellent communication skills and a successful track record of project delivery
• Sound problem resolution, team building, judgment and decision making skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• BA/BS degree in Quantitative Business (Economics, Statistics, MIS, and Operations), Computer Science, Business or a related field

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• 5-8 years of related experience in supply chain systems implementations preferably using the Microsoft technologies stack
• Well-versed in SDLC(Software Development Life Cycle) and SCRUM or similar Agile implementation methodologies and with a solid track record of delivering projects quickly and on time and on budget
