Job summary

Community Integrated Services, Inc. (CIS) in Washington is seeking live-in caregivers for biweekly rotations to support adults with developmental disabilities and behavioral challenges in home or community settings.

Training is provided; new hires learn before performing duties unsupervised. Shifts run on a 1-week-on/1-week-off cycle (Wednesday to Wednesday), with ~80 regular hours plus ~24 OT hours per cycle.

Qualifications

• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Reliable transportation (since driving clients is required)
• Valid Driver's License
• Current auto insurance and registration
• Ability to pass a background check

Responsibilities

• Provide support to individuals to meet objectives as per IISP
• Coordinate light housekeeping and meal prep as needed
• Arrange and schedule medical/dental/psychological appointments
• Provide transportation to activities/appointments in a personal vehicle
• Maintain daily progress notes and documentation per CIS policy
