• Lead CAD concepts for upperbody structural components (pillars, roof structures, rails) and support early feasibility with PDO themes.
• Manage upperbody components through program CAD milestones and system requirement releases; align with manufacturing feasibility.
• Collaborate with CAE, Safety, NVH, Powertrain, and Interior teams to ensure structural integrity and clearance.
• Maintain SOPs, DFMEAs, and DVP&Rs; drive cost reduction, weight optimization, and quality improvements.
