Job summary

Stellantis is seeking a Welding Process Engineering BIW Process Engineer to lead development and implementation of automatic BIW tooling and processes for new model assembly lines. You will follow up supplier deliverables and ensure on-time program launches while coordinating with Product Engineering, Vehicle Assembly, and Quality teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of BIW automatic process equipment and tooling.
• Generate process sheets, layouts, and installation plans for BIW production.
• Coordinate PFMEA activities with platform teams for new/critical processes.
• Interface with Product Engineering, Vehicle Assembly, and Quality to meet program targets.
