HOP GLOBAL SERVICE INC in Morrilton, AR is seeking an entry-level Bitcoin Mining Operations Technician to ensure smooth operation of our mining facility. You will monitor and maintain mining hardware and software, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance to minimize downtime.

Responsibilities include regular inspections, monitoring for downtime, updating mining software, and collaborating with the team to implement performance and regulatory compliance measures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS or related field preferred.
• At least 2 years IT experience, preferably in an IT troubleshooting environment.
• Knowledge of computer hardware, software, and best practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy equipment.
• Passionate about Bitcoin with a strong mining operations background.

Responsibilities
