Riot Platforms Inc. is seeking a Data Center Lead Technician to install Bitcoin miners and maintain a clean, safe environment in a production data center. You will supervise a team, train members, and ensure compliance with safety standards while supporting administrative tasks and equipment installation.

The role requires basic reading and math skills, hand tools proficiency, and the ability to work with 12-hour shifts on a Panama schedule, with day shifts from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Qualifications

Must have High School Diploma or GED.
Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking are essential.
Ability to work at heights on lifts and ladders is required.
Detail-oriented and highly organized with good communication.

Responsibilities

Supervise, train, and monitor team members.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
Assist the Assistant Supervisor with administrative tasks and timesheets.
Install crypto miners and related equipment from unpacking to cable runs.
Operate equipment such as scissor lifts for miner installation.
Maintain and clean crypto miners and work areas.
