Job summary

American Girl Nashville is seeking a dynamic Server to deliver food and beverages and provide an outstanding dining experience for Bistro guests. You will thrive in a fast-paced setting, use strong communication, and manage guest requests with grace and efficiency.

Responsibilities include bussing tables, delivering meals and drinks, stocking stations, and upholding excellent service standards. A ServSafe certification is preferred and previous child-facing experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of runner, busser, or server experience in a high-volume, fine-casual dining or related restaurant.
• Experience working with children is preferred.
• Impeccable customer service skills.
• Physically demanding position; lift up to 50 lbs; strength, mobility and dexterity required.

Responsibilities

• Bus and set tables.
• Assist with table service, including delivering beverages and food.
• Stock work stations.
• Deliver excellent customer service; handle customer issues and timely execution of requests.
• Perform diverse physical tasks as assigned
• ServSafe certification, preferred.
