Job summary

Courtyard by Marriott Downtown Amarillo is seeking a friendly Bistro Server to create a welcoming dining experience for hotel guests.

You will set up, serve, and maintain the bistro and breakfast area, greeting guests with attentiveness and ensuring high standards of cleanliness and safety. Previous hospitality experience is a plus, with a flexible schedule including mornings, weekends, and holidays.

Your Role

As a Bistro Server, you'll help create a welcoming and efficient dining environment for our hotel guests. You'll:

• Set up, maintain, and restock the bistro and breakfast area throughout service.

• Prepare and serve fresh, high-quality food and beverages.

• Greet and engage guests warmly, offering recommendations and assistance.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization across the dining area and serving stations.

• Follow all food safety and sanitation standards.

• Assist with inventory and supply ordering as needed.
