Job Responsibilities

• Seats guests and takes accurate food orders
• Monitors food delivery and presentation; ensures buffet appeal
• Prepares and maintains station cleanliness and setup
• Follows liquor regulations regarding alcohol service
• Familiar with menu items, preparation, and service procedures
• Totals checks, processes payments, and handles cash
• Assists with bussing tables
• Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; post-secondary preferred
• At least 1 year of experience in hotel/restaurant serving role

Skills and Abilities

• Team player with excellent communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and operate equipment like cash registers
• Basic math skills
• Flexible availability for various shifts

Additional Information
