Job summary

AM Bistro in Columbus, OH is seeking a Regular Part Time team member to prepare food for the Bistro, Market, and meeting spaces. You will maintain sanitation standards, operate kitchen equipment, and assist in event setup while providing attentive guest service.

Qualifications

• Read, write and understand the English language to communicate with guests and teammates.
• General working knowledge of automatic dishwashers and kitchen equipment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced hotel kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Prepare hot and cold foods for the Bistro, Market, meetings, and to-go displays.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of equipment, dishes, and work areas.
• Assist in setup and breakdown of meeting rooms and events.
• Cross-train at Front Desk to support hospitality operations during high volume.
