SUMMARY: Responsible for the preparation and service of all Turnback Creek Bistro food and beverage menu items in a professional, courteous, and timely manner.

Essential Responsibilities and Duties:

• Maintain a positive attitude and act professionally towards Guests and Team Members.
• Open and close the Turnback Creek Bistro as scheduled.
• Prepare and serve food and beverage items following approved recipes, maintaining quality and portion control.
• Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment, performing routine cleaning and maintenance.
• Use cash register properly, handle payments in accordance with policies.
• Stay informed about retail merchandise and resort amenities to assist guests accurately.
• Maintain accurate inventory records of supplies and merchandise.
• Assist in inspecting merchandise and daily merchandising activities.
• Communicate in accordance with privacy policies regarding the resort and guest information.
• Report emergencies, accidents, injuries, damages, and hazards promptly.
• Complete shift reports on incidents as needed.
• Attend departmental meetings and training sessions.
• Perform any additional duties or special projects as assigned.

Mandatory Requirements:

• High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent.
• At least 18 years old.
• Food Handler or ServSafe and Responsible Alcohol Service certification, or proof of current certification.
• Complete Counterfeit training.
• Experience in guest service, cash handling, or food and beverage preferred.
• Knowledge of industry terms and practices preferred.
• Effective communication and ability to follow directions.
• Ability to learn and operate point-of-sale systems.
• Professional attitude and behavior.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under pressure.
• Proficiency in English communication.
• Pass a drug test and background check.
• Provide evidence of U.S. employment eligibility.

Physical Demands:

• Must perform all job requirements physically.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds, occasionally more with assistance.

Work Environment:
