Responsibilities:

  • Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner
  • Follow recipes and presentation specifications
  • Operate standard kitchen equipment safety and efficiently
  • Clean and maintain station in practicing good safety and sanitation
  • Assist with the cleaning and organization of kitchen and equipment
  • Restock items as needed throughout the shift
  • Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes

Requirements:

  • Previous work experience in a luxury hotel setting is ideal, but willing to train the food service professional looking to grow their career in the hospitality industry. We are dedicated to thoroughly training & developing our team into hotel leaders through interactive teamwork in a positive work environment!
  • Strong culinary skills and a passion for food
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to culinary excellence
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure kitchen environment
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
  • Culinary degree or formal training is a plus but not required

Compensation: $21.50 hourly
